Every job you book passes through the same four pairs of hands. That is deliberate: nothing is subcontracted, and nothing gets lost between departments.
Response Lead
Takes your call, triages the situation and puts the right crew and kit on the road. The person who answers at 3am and the person who confirms your written quote.
Decontamination Technicians
The suited team on site. Certified in biohazard handling, COSHH and infection control, they contain the area, remove contamination and verify every surface before handover.
Waste & Compliance
Makes sure every bag that leaves a property travels a licensed, documented route. Consignment notes, transfer paperwork and clearance certificates all come from this desk.
Coordination & Support
Keeps you, landlords, letting agents and insurers in the loop from first call to final certificate, so nobody has to chase anyone for an update.
Why you will not find faces or names here
Most of our work is sensitive. Trauma scenes, after death cleaning, hoarded homes: our customers value discretion above almost everything else, and so do we.
That is why our vehicles are unmarked, our technicians are introduced by first name on the day, and this page describes roles rather than showing photographs. The person who arrives will show ID, explain the plan and treat your property and your situation with respect. That is the only introduction that matters.
